Technology proposal: Algernon web server

Algernon is a web server that has been developed for 7 years and has 2k stars on GitHub (https://github.com/xyproto/algernon). By default the HTTP header `Server` is set to `Algernon` and then the version number, for example: `Algernon 1.13.0`. It would be interesting to see how widespread the use is. Thanks!
