Incorrect data in survey results

Hello guys, I am checking this survey https://w3techs.com/technologies/overview/email_server

How come the total percentage amount is less than 100% (66.7%, according to my check)?

Hi Ziltan,

Thank you for sharing that observation. The total is less than 100% for two reasons. First, websites that run their own email server do not use any email server provider. Second, while we do track all the mayor providers, but there is also a huge number of small providers that we do not (yet) monitor.
