Forum > JavaScript Libraries > Topic JavaScript Libraries ForumAngularJS vs AngularKuntergunt on 12 August 2019, 6 years ago In the Javascript Libraries comparison there is a mixture of terms for the AngularJS and the Angular Library. I is not clear which of the 2 is measured here. Though they have the same name and are built by the same team and Angular is the successor of AngularJS, these are 2 completely different libraries. Also the versioning is a little bit misleading. AngularJS never made it beyond version 1.x and Angular started with version2.x. Sam Soltano (site administrator) on 12 August 2019, 6 years ago Thank you for that feedback. A complete re-implementation of a technology happens occasionally. As you say, Angular is the successor of AngularJS, so we consider this the same line of product. We will have a closer look at the version reporting. You need to be logged in to reply. |
