Decibel Insight is an enterprise visual analytics software, delivered at SaaS. Although relatively new to market, the technology has been developed over several years alongside University professors with funding from the UK government and some high profile beta clients. It is already one of the most advanced and innovative heatmap and visitor replay tools in the world, designed to help large businesses increase conversation rates. 

Unlike traditional analytics that use statistics and charts to show how a website has performed, Decibel Insight’s overlays patches of colour on a website to show how users interacted with it - where they clicked, scrolled, paused and more.

What makes it enterprise-level is not just the speed, scale and security of the underlying infrastructure, technology and data collection, it's our unique Attribution heatmap, ability to value every element of every website, and advantaged segmentation tool; making it suitable for active daily use for those wanting to dig deeper and find about users behave.
