You should do a survey of free advertising networks? On Classified Ad Sites people market a lot of business and services. Web Hosting, development etc. On our own free classified ad site in Sri Lanka we have a category for that:

Hi John,

Thank you for the proposal. I'm not sure how classified ad sites will fit in an advertising network survey, but we will have a closer look at that.
