It is indeed difficult to trust statistics if you don't know very well how it is made. We understand that this is also the case for our surveys. We always gave lots of background information on various parts of our site, but we think this was not enough. Therefore we combined all that, and added some more on our new FAQ page.
An FAQ is never complete. We will keep working on it while our site expands. If you have any immediate need for more information, please use our forum, or contact us via our feedback page.
