WordPress is #4 of the Java based CMS? What's that?

Well spotted! The reason for WordPress (as well as Drupal, Joomla and many other non-Java systems) appearing in that list is that websites may be Java-based, but still use WordPress for some part, e.g. for the blog. Then we see WordPress a being used by sites that (also) use Java as server-side language.
