本校設有中學部、小學中文部、中小學英文部及夜間部。創立於1985年11月,前身為庇道職業先修學校,為澳門明愛轄下的天主教學校。1990年6月,獲嘉諾撒仁愛修女會慷慨借出高地烏街一幅地作為校址,並獲政府資助建校之部分經費,新校舍遂於1992年正式揭幕;1994年校方應社會需求,將原有的職業先修課程加以調整為一所文法課程學校,更名為庇道學校,同時亦加入澳門政府公共免費教育網。現澳門高地烏街118號校址為中文部、英文部及夜間部使用。 ​
